Privacy on this website

The public site uses a first-party analytics endpoint to count visits to its published pages and clicks on Start a service request. It also records a broad entry category: search engine, another website, or direct/internal visit. These counts help evaluate whether the site answers local search questions and leads people to the next step.

The endpoint sends only the event type, a published page path, and that broad category to a Google Analytics property. It uses a new random value for each event instead of a lasting visitor ID. The campaign measurement does not set a visitor cookie or send a visitor's IP address, browser identifier, full referring URL, URL query, form answers, or contact details to Google Analytics. These event counts cannot be used here to identify a person or follow a person across visits.

The hosting service still receives normal connection information needed to serve the website. Google describes its own handling of Analytics data in its Privacy Policy.
