A grounded space for insight, steadiness, and change
I am a therapist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I offer experienced, integrative therapy for life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, spirituality, and identity-related concerns.

Experienced care shaped by depth, relationship, and practical tools
I am Anthony R. Cavuoti, LMFT, a California marriage and family therapist with more than 30 years of clinical experience with individuals, couples, and families across a wide span of ages and life stages.
I earned a B.A. in Psychology from Boston College and completed master's-level graduate training at Antioch in 1989. My work draws from attachment-based, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, DBT-informed, mindfulness-based, and family-systems-informed methods.
My work is relational, insight-oriented, and eclectic. I support clients navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship concerns, spirituality, and gender-identity-related care.
