Therapy services
A supportive therapy space should let you speak about identity and belonging without having to defend who you are.
Understanding the concern
LGBTQ+ people may come to therapy for the same wide range of reasons as anyone else: anxiety, grief, relationships, family tension, or a transition. Identity may be central to the work, one part of it, or not the issue you want to focus on at all.
Anthony's published practice offers affirming support for LGBTQ+ clients and people exploring gender identity or expression. You can decide what feels relevant to share and what goals matter to you.

Talk through acceptance, conflict, chosen family, boundaries, and the wish to be understood.
Address stress, depression, trauma, or life change without assuming identity is the cause.
Anthony's approach
Anthony's relational and person-centered approach begins with listening to your account of your life. Attachment, family-systems, mindfulness-based, and practical tools may be drawn on when they fit your goals.
A good fit includes feeling respected and able to ask questions. You are welcome to ask how Anthony works with a particular concern and decide whether his approach meets your needs.
